FirstLine Therapy lifestyle program

Gautama Siddhartha said, “Every human being is the author of his own health or disease”, so we would like to pose a question; what kind of life story are you publishing about your health?

What would it mean to you to have
more energy, clarity, joy, movement?

At Docere Wellness Centre we are now offering a program called FirstLine Therapy (FLT). It is a therapeutic lifestyle change program that treats for many conditions including: heart disease, high blood pressure, stroke, osteoarthritus, diabetes, high cholesterol, osteoporosis, and many other dis-eases that manifests in the body.

FLT is a lifestyle program specialized to each individual’s unique needs. It targets underlying causes of illness rather than treating symptoms by offering reasonable eating plans, exercise, nutritional supplementation recommendations and stress management tactics.

According to FLT, Therapeutic Lifestyle means:
– Making daily choices that have a positive impact on health
– Embracing habits that delay the onset of old age
– Increasing years of good health and wellbeing

The results of the program may include more energy, increased mental clarity, fully function body – harmony of the mind, body and soul.
